We have all faced restrictions, disappointments, traumas and anxiety over the course of 2020. Some days it feels like we are stuck on a rollercoaster of madness...and in the midst of that, it is easy to forget the many things we can be grateful for, both small and big. A sense of gratitude has been found to vastly improve one's outlook on negative events and one's cortisol levels. I agree, that it can be difficult to find the bright side, at times, but with with intentionally focusing on it...it may become a habit.
